Good morning,
Just think, the God who created all things, this world, the universe, animals, fish, birds, and people, rejoices over us with singing. So many people think that God is so distant, far, and unapproachable, but the truth is, He is with us every day. He watches over us; he knows our deepest fears, troubles, stress, what we love and despise; He knows how many hairs are on our heads. Our God is our PERSONAL Lord and Savior. He takes delight in us, his most masterful creation. He made us for His glory.
Before I was a father, I didn’t understand the bond of a father’s love for his child. When my children were born, it totally changed my way of thinking about how much God loves us, and no matter what we do, He will always love us — unconditionally. Being a father helped me understand how our Heavenly Father loves us so much. There is nothing my children could do to make me love them less; even so, God loves us infinitely more.
Today, think about the great love our Heavenly Father has for us and how much He has done in your life thus far. Then think about how much more He will help you, deliver you, sing over you, guide you, and love you in the future. That is something to rejoice over and not be bogged down with the burdens of this world.
