Jeremiah 32:17 NASB
[17] ‘Ah Lord GOD! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Nothing is too difficult for You,
Good Morning!
Life is difficult, for some much more so than others. We are blessed to live in such a great country that we have freedom to worship God in the way we want. There are many countries that just the mere mention of Christianity or ownership of a Bible could get you killed. It is difficult to imagine the difficulties that some people have in this life. We are truly blessed as Americans.
Yet, we too have difficulties. Everyone has them, it is just the scale that we measure by in life. We have wants, needs and desires. We have basic necessities. We have bills to pay and families to support. Some days we don’t know how it will come together, but miraculously, God always comes through for His children. I am often reminded, when I am in a slump when suddenly, God just does something wonderful as to say, “I’ve got your back.” Then I just think to myself, “Lord you’ve got my back, my front, my top, my bottom and my sides. You surround me with your love.”
Matthew 19:26 NKJV
[26] But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
God has no difficulties. There is nothing too difficult for Him. Where we fall short, God is able. When we say we can’t, God says I can. If we are living according to His will, than He is faithful to help us and send His Spirit to live in us to guide us to the pathways He has for us.
Psalm 36:5 NKJV
[5] Your mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.
Sometimes, when we are facing challenges, the only thing and the best thing we should do is just stop what we are doing, drop to our knees in prayer and be still before The Lord. Then He will soon remind us that He is our refuge and our strength and will show Himself faithful to us. One of His promises is that when we humble ourselves before Him, He will lift us up.
Psalm 46:10-11 NKJV
[10] Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! [11] The LORD of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah
James 4:10 NKJV
[10] Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.
I love you and am praying for you today!
